Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
Shipping

We currently ship to Norway and Sweden.

Shipping rates:

Norway: NOK 79 (Free shipping over NOK 1,200)

Sweden: SEK 149 (Free shipping over SEK 1,400)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges & Returns

We offer exchanges only, no refunds.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit or an exchange of equal value.
Liability

Yafato Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen events.
